To steal a phrase - we can almost hear the footsteps of the Messiah!
Rev 22:20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. KJV
Amen!
There may not be a war as we understand it this fall in the Middle East.
Looking at Wikipedia Turkey has a substantial navy including 14 modern German/Turkish made diesel electric submarines, many destroyers and a large number of additional ships. Israel appears to have mostly patrol boats and a handful of submarines. Wikipedia names three submarines, which I believe are in the Persian Gulf and have been for two years.
This appears to be a case of Turkey picking a fight. What action will Turkey take if Turkey is escorting a blockade runner and Israel moves to intercept? This is foolish politics on Turkeys part.
BTW, Turkey started harassing Israeli airline tourists with Turkish stopovers. Apparently, Israelis have been using cheap Turkish airlines to reach world-wide destinations for years. This appears to be targeted harassment of a country that has previously been an ally. Israel, as I recall, refurbished/modernized many Turkish tanks within the last decade.
If Turkey is upset they havent gotten an apology for the flotilla deaths, then lets have one for that little Armenian massacre.
Only God knows the future (and has very kindly told us what it is), but there is this as a possibility.
“Captain! There’s a packet of giblets heading straight for us!”
“Sound Mess Call and fire the cranberries!”
