Very sad. I will pray for Fr. Tom.
For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us & on the whole world.

Devil evidently puts a great deal of effort into taking down really good priests.
Fr. Malachi Martin was another (not sure if the allegations were true).
Both priests I’m sure will prevail in the end.

The violations of chastity happened due to human weakness but did not involve the sexual act; I guess I have to look up some definitions here.

I am not aware of why Sean Hannity would do that. Can you tell me?

Maybe he’ll have the decency not to. I doubt their exchange was as important to either man as it seemed to be to some viewers.

Fr. reprimanded Sean on his beliefs regarding cases when Sean feels abortion is acceptable.
Fr told him on his show that he should not be allowed to receive Communion.

Thanks. I will view that and hopefully find out what transpired and why Hannity would be motivated to do such a thing. Now if I can just figure out how one can violate a vow of chastity without violating a vow of chastity (evidently, an encompassing interpretation is being used i.e. thought, words, and deeds. Or am I missing the point?).

You said it best! Very true!
To: Joe 6-pack
Wow, I AM shocked and appalled Hannity would treat a Catholic priest so disrespectfully and in public yet. I don’t ever want to see a good priest or any Catholic treated that way again. We trads have plenty of issues with certain priests of the modernistic persuasion yet treat those priests with respect and tact both in person and written communication. It sure seems that “public” lay Catholics such as broadcasters and politicians should reevaluate both their adherence to the Magisterium and their public demeanor.

Tis true.
Look what Mel Gibson allowed Satan to do to him.
