I know I would be less free if I left Mormonism — for I would be abandoning the truth: “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free”
As far as my salvation is concerned, I would not expect to receive the blessings of exaltation — the highest reward available to God’s children.
What my eternal destination would be, I don’t know. I don’t know the mind of God, who judges “all men according to their works, according to the desire of their hearts” Doctrine and Covenants 137:9
"What my eternal destination would be, I dont know. I dont know the mind of God, who judges all men according to their works, according to the desire of their hearts Doctrine and Covenants 137:9"
I would have not expected any different answer to the question when asked of a mormon except a quote from the D&C, words direct from Joseph Smith.
Jesus weeps for you, Normandy.
That's too bad Norm. There is not a single power on Earth that can make me less free and saved. Nothing can seperate me from the truth. Nothing can seperate me from the love of God.
If I were locked in a North Korean prison and beaten every day, I would still be completely free.
And my eternal destinatin would never change. I will walk with Jesus forever.
What TRUTH?
