I am definetly a *Sinner* saved by grace....Not by my works.

My point is that trying to prove yourself right, instead of proving the reflection of *Christ* in you, is a mistake IMO...

I say this because no where in the Scriptures do you see Jesus Christ arguing *Torah* with the Pharisees, about why he definetly is the Promised Messiah of Israel...

He did not sit in the temple and say...Pharisees read Isaiah chapter 2, 3 7 on and on..See this proves I am the Messiah...

We are not to *Convince and Prove*...That is not what *Faith* is we are to be a reflection of Christ, so that other’s will want to know the person who has changed our lives, and will want to seek out the *Christ* for themselves...

I can tell you if an (Lurking) Atheist or anyone who does not know Jesus Christ read this *Thread* they would leave saying what a bunch of *Crazy Christians*

I don’t think Christians should attack other Chrsitians either, but Mormons are just as lost as athiests. They are not Christians and what we are doing isn’t ‘attacking’ it is trying to get them to look at their church objectively.

Coming from a cult you should know how hard it is to leave false teachings behind.

Did say read section or passage int he Torah? ... Are you that unlearned? Even when Jesus was dying on the cross, He quoted to those present the opening of Psalm 22 as His death was fulfilling the messianic Psalm! He even ending the lesson with the closing phrase from that Psalm as He gave up The Ghost of His life! His entire Ministry among the Jewish people was chapter and verse of the tanakh lived in the open for them! In fact, He did quote the Tanakh to the Pharisees on many occasions recording in the New Testament!

proving the reflection of *Christ* in you, Define How you would see the reflection of Christ in others, given each individual does not loose their personality traits by becoming a Christian.

I ask this because it is the church as a body of believers who reflects Christ to an unsaved world. Each with His own calling, gifts and abilities. Weaker or stronger, some more than others.
