Prayer Request- Pat

I have a prayer request for Pat, her husband Greg and their families. Pat has recently been diagnosed with cancer that has spread throughout her body. Her doctors tell her that nothing can be done. Pat has asked for prayers for herself and those who know and love her. May the Lord's peace rest on all of them while Pat gazes toward the finish line.
Heb 12:1-2
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.

Heavenly Father,
We pray for a miracle for this family. We know You are a God of mercy, love and healing, and that nothing is impossible for You. We can only see this side of eternity, so we ask for mercy for this woman and her family; yet we pray Your will be done. Give this family peace, hope and healing. May they experience Your presence more than they ever have.
Thank You for hearing our prayers. In Jesus Name we pray.

Lord Jesus,...So often in life we face the unexpected..but we remember that nothing at all is a surprise to you. We do thank you for overseeing Pats life in every way thus far. Yet now there comes this news of which does not seem to be in the playbook of life Lord, and so we ask that you step into this situation and perhaps change the voiced opinions into a more favorable light. And with this we ask that your ultimate will be done for all concenred.
May your love and care surround this family and grant Pat an unexpressionable trust and faith in you... that her times continue to be in your hands...even in this she now faces. May you change the tide Lord.... In your great name we ask this...Amen.
