The Mormon church requires that when a husband is dying that he call his wife forward, if she does not come forward, the wife cannot be in heaven with him. Mormonism believes in that people are Gods.
personally i am so tired of the Mormon church in its false teachings and false doctrines. that the US governemnet needs to shut it down as a false church, just another cult. yes it is a cult similar to that of Christian Science Seventh Day Adventist and jehovah Witnesses. all american formed religious experiences based on someone receive an extra revelation from God. Notice the similarities an extra revelation from God. Look at Rick warren he claims he has had extra revelations from God. Robert Schuller (Crystal cathedral fame and now filing for bankruptcy his daughter is the senior pastor), Oral Roberts (seed faith adherent, positive confession name and claim it), Roberts Liardon (homosexual pastor whom fled the Us and serves in Great britain as a homosexual pastor0.

You have got to be kidding. It is not the government's job to declare what religion is true or false. It is a Christian's job to witness his faith. Demanding the government shut it down is not only unconservative, it is unchristian and frankly, a lazy bastardization of The Great Commission.
There's an idea.
Imam Obamadenijad could appoint a Church Czar, maybe Jeremiah Wright or Al Sharpton? The Church Czar could form a committee to identify false churches. The committee could include some prominent members of congress; like maybe Congressman Ellison, the first Muslim congressman to be sworn in using the Koran, or maybe Senator Reid, presumably a Mormon in good standing with his church.
Never mind the First Amendment, which prohibits the government from establishing an official religion. That's just a pesky detail Imam Obamadenijad could get around by issuing an executive order or something. Then surely we could entrust the US Government to decide what is or is not a "true" church, and then proceed with all haste to "shut down a false church."

I guess the idea that Americans are ignorant of the Constitution IS made manifest here on FR... or maybe just “Christians” are as ignorant as the left says we are. Maybe you should try acting like an American and allow others to worship as they see fit as long as it fits within a respectable society...
