Do you feel the same about the mormons and mormon missionaries telling Christians and people of other faiths "anti" information regarding their faiths when proselytizing?
Indeed, Saundra Duffy. Certainly correspondents on the Religion Forum often do fall short of the glory of God, myself included.
Try not to let yourself be upset about what people of other confessions say. As "outsiders" of a given tradition — be it LDS or RC for example — for some strange reason some see fit to criticize "insiders" of such creeds, usually in uncharitable ways. Sigh....
FWIW, it seems that Trinitarian Christians have the impression that the Mormon take on Jesus is wrong. In their eyes, the claim that Jesus was a man who became God is to say the very reverse of what Trinitarians believe; i.e., that Jesus was God Who became a man.
Not being of your tradition, I can't say whether my understanding of the Mormon view of Jesus is even correct.
Whatever the case, I think graciousness and charity towards others is what persons who follow Jesus should model in their behavior.
