If the Roman Catholics in question are followers of Christ, they will vote against abortion. If these Roman Catholics are simply members of a particular denomination, and lack faith in Christ, they’re very likely to vote in favor of baby-killing (i.e., in favor of Obama and other Demoncrats).

I’m concerned that most Roman Catholics are simply members of a denomination, and will therefore vote for death.

You’d be wrong. The Roman Catholics that I know are not members of a denomination. They’re members of the Roman Catholic Church, period. As such, most will not, as you said it, “vote for death.” I never have. I never will. Nor do or will members of my family. And we’re not exactly a small family. I only have five kids, by way of example. Roman Catholics are, according to Church teaching, never to vote for those politicians who support abortion (murder). Or Euthanasia (murder). Or In Vitro Fertilization (multiple murders). There are, unfortunately, progressives within the Church. I would love to see them either change their ways, or go. Not within my power, so I pray that they may change. By the way, and not attempting to be anything other than matter-of-fact, denomination is a term for use with protestant ecclesial communities, and only dates to the 16th century or so.
