Do you mean that God created men with the preference to be evil? And that after they did that (Since they had no choice in the controlling), that when they die, God says "aha -- you were created with preferences that controlled your decisions and choices to make you do evil and you did it. AHA HAHAHA! Now, I send you to hell to burn for doing what you were created to do."?
