Welllllllllll, the rabid clique RC types can now enjoy their crow.
And, they can THANK THEMSELVES for being responsible for me showing a LOT MORE of the hideocies of Ferraro's text openly for all to see.
thanx Quix!
Some people wouldn’t believe you if you said the sky was blue and water was wet, simply because you’re a proddy.
They’d take exception and argue it just on principle.
Dreadful?
That is the work of the Anti-Christ!
Sadly, you'll most likely receive no apology but will be attacked with claims that the NIHIL OBSTAT is meaningless and the book is not Catholic teaching.
I’ve posted pictures of Mary worship but this takes the cake!
“mediatrix?” “co-redemptrix?”
Unbelievable!
Whoever adheres to this or promotes this or even believes this is a religious cult member...No two ways about it...
1. Nihil Obstat and Imprinatur only provide Superficial Local Assurances of not containing obvious heresy. They in no way confer official church doctrine or universal doctrinal approbation as your rants seem to imply. Historically these local assurances have been rendered only to be removed at a later date when found to be wanting. This process is much like an appeals court reversing a decision of a lower court decision
. 2. Notice how the word "Considerations" is used throughout the booklet. This implies the thoughts of the Author which in no manner has ever been adopted as official church doctrine.
3 You can find these local booklets which say this or that but until issued "Ex Cathedra" by the Vatican no official approbation is involved .
4. Therefore until you can provide some official document from The Vatican issued Ex Cathedra this is a effort in futility on your part to prove anything save the author is misguided. But you already knew that didn't you. Sorry but no summary judgment. God bless
Proof positive: QUIX IS NOT A LIAR.
Jer 7:18 The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger.
Jer 7:19 Do they provoke me to anger? saith the LORD: do they not provoke themselves to the confusion of their own faces?
Well, well, well... Imagine that...
Yet another Protestant backs a statement with facts - No surprise there... Seen it happen over and again.
Yet again (I predict), no apology will be forthcoming for the brazen attempt to discredit the messenger... No surprise in that, either.
No doubt, the previous preference for documents containing a nihil obstat imprimatur will be discounted somehow, and the whole sordid ordeal will be waived off as a fluke of some kind... Ho Hum... We've done all this before, too.
But what is exceptional, what will stick, is the damning blasphemy that the evidence represents. There is no doubt that such "meditations" demonstrate the practice of goddess worship - It just cannot be denied.
...And that which does not blatantly align with the pagan "queen of heaven" mantra, seems to specifically and egregiously abscond powers and titles from God Himself. That anyone could attempt to defend such vile tripe in any fashion shows the depth of blindness and confusion to which they adhere.
But in the midst of the ensuing cacophony, defend it they will, to be sure.
GOOD JOB, Quix!
