Intended Catholic Dictatorship

Intended Catholic Dictatorship

The ultimate intention of Catholicism is the restoration of the Holy Roman Empire. That has always been the ambition, at least covertly, but now it is being promoted overtly and openly.

The purpose of this article is only to make that intention clear. It is not a criticism of Catholics or Catholicism (unless you happen to think a Catholic dictatorship is not a good thing).

The most important point is to understand that when a Catholic talks about liberty or freedom, it is not individual liberty that is meant, not the freedom to live one's life as a responsible individual with the freedom to believe as one chooses, not the freedom to pursue happiness, not the freedom to produce and keep what one has produced as their property. What Catholicism means by freedom, is freedom to be a Catholic, in obedience to the dictates of Rome.

The Intentions Made Plain

The following is from the book Revolution and Counter-Revolution:

"B. Catholic Culture and Civilization

"Therefore, the ideal of the Counter-Revolution is to restore and promote Catholic culture and civilization. This theme would not be sufficiently enunciated if it did not contain a definition of what we understand by Catholic culture and Catholic civilization. We realize that the terms civilization and culture are used in many different senses. Obviously, it is not our intention here to take a position on a question of terminology. We limit ourselves to using these words as relatively precise labels to indicate certain realities. We are more concerned with providing a sound idea of these realities than with debating terminology.

"A soul in the state of grace possesses all virtues to a greater or lesser degree. Illuminated by faith, it has the elements to form the only true vision of the universe.

"The fundamental element of Catholic culture is the vision of the universe elaborated according to the doctrine of the Church. This culture includes not only the learning, that is, the possession of the information needed for such an elaboration, but also the analysis and coordination of this information according to Catholic doctrine. This culture is not restricted to the theological, philosophical, or scientific field, but encompasses the breadth of human knowledge; it is reflected in the arts and implies the affirmation of values that permeate all aspects of life.

"Catholic civilization is the structuring of all human relations, of all human institutions, and of the State itself according to the doctrine of the Church.

Got that? "Catholic civilization is the structuring of all human relations, of all human institutions, and of the State itself according to the doctrine of the Church." The other name for this is called "totalitarianism," the complete rule of every aspect of life.

This book and WEB sites like that where it is found are spreading like wildfire. These people do not believe the hope of America is the restoration of the liberties the founders sought to guarantee, these people believe the only hope for America is Fatima. Really!

In Their Own Words

The following is from the site, "RealCatholicTV." It is a plain call for a "benevolent dictatorship, a Catholic monarch;" their own words. They even suggest that when the "Lord's Payer," is recited, it is just such a Catholic dictatorship that is being prayed for.

Two Comments

First, in this country, freedom of speech means that anyone may express any view no matter how much anyone else disagrees with that view, or is offended by it. I totally defend that meaning of freedom of speech.

This is what Catholics believe, and quite frankly, I do not see how any consistent Catholic could disagree with it, though I suspect some may. I have no objection to their promoting those views, because it is what they believe. Quite frankly I am delighted they are expressing them openly. For one thing, it makes it much easier to understand Catholic dialog, and what they mean by the words they use.

Secondly, I think if their views were actually implemented, it would mean the end true freedom, of course, but I do not believe there is any such danger.

I think the old girl has already lost control of it from what I’ve been reading and we are going to need a vatican sized box of popcorn in the next few years. I’d say the old girl is a goner, all that’s left is the pumpkin and some red shoes

From what I've seen, Rome and your popes know exactly what they are doing. "In the spirit of ecumenism", they have found an inroad into Protestantism for their own means and ends and are milking it for all it's worth, to Rome. They don't care what you think.

And that brings us back to the "theme" of this thread.

Exactly. And it wouldn't be the first time. Arminius did the same thing.

I believe it was you that told me they were a contextual addendum to the Old Testament preached exclusively to the Jews and apostles.

No that is not THE gospel, those are the gospels.. 2 different things

Jesus preached the gospel..the good news..long before the events of His life were recorded and called gospels

Mat 9:35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

The Gospel Christ preached and that was taught by the disciples and apostles was repent and believe ...The good news is an answer to the bad news.. the bad news is men are fallen sinners that can not save themselves.. the good news is that Christ has come to redeem them, to pay the price to buy them back ...He is the propitiation for their sin.. He saves them from their sin

What we call the gospels in the NT is the record of the life of Christ, that He kept the law we can never keep, that He is the incarnate God.

Because it relates the time before the New Testament was instituted it is actually Old Covenant ..as it reflects the time before the institution of the New Testament and the beginning of the church.

NL..ALL scripture is the word of God.. all scripture is about Christ..

Fascinating reading, from so many angles (not angels). The proper name is Catholic Charismatic Renewal, CCR .They may have to declare them all heretics and have a purge if they will not respect the authoritay of the heirarchy.

Also there is a Marion wing of the church which either embraces it when the apparitions etc are Mary related, but against it if the CCR leaders protest when the emphases is put on Mary and not the Holy Spirit.

one group throws out the statues, icons, candles andd rosaries, and the other group sees visions of Mary and now has charismatic Mariology, I guess that’s the way to describe it

I was raised a Nazarene but it's been almost 25 years since I "practiced" (which is completely the wrong word but I'm not going to spend any time thinking of the right word considering the state of this thread) and I couldn't begin to speak authoritatively about their beliefs and practices or the intentions of their various leaders.

How interesting, I too was a Nazarene after being saved.

One of the things I often commented on was how close the theology of nazarenes is to Catholicism. It is a holiness, work based faith..alot of Aquinas rolling around their theology

You seem to be saying the only choices a translator would have in translating “prosopos” would be either “presence” or “person”, while had you looked at a lexicon you would see a range of acceptable words in English that might preserve the meaning of the Greek.

“What sense does “by many presences to us a gift” make? It is people not presences who pray.”
As I pointed out earlier (maybe you missed it?) :

In Matt. 22:16 what is Jesus saying in “regard the person of men”?
“Hebraistically, the appearance one presents by his wealth or poverty, his rank or low condition; outward circumstances, external condition; so used in expressions which denote TO REGARD THE PERSON in one’s judgment and treatment of men”. Thayer’s Lexicon #4383. (caps mine)
and

At 2 Cor. 1:11 ‘face” or “persons”? Perhaps a toss up.

and another CCR tidbit

the CCR adherents claim that they are elect

and 18 per cent of Catholics claim to be CCR and elect, so if true.... there must be at least a couple of them posting hereon. I wonder if they will come forth or fear the wrath
