Intended Catholic Dictatorship

Intended Catholic Dictatorship

The ultimate intention of Catholicism is the restoration of the Holy Roman Empire. That has always been the ambition, at least covertly, but now it is being promoted overtly and openly.

The purpose of this article is only to make that intention clear. It is not a criticism of Catholics or Catholicism (unless you happen to think a Catholic dictatorship is not a good thing).

The most important point is to understand that when a Catholic talks about liberty or freedom, it is not individual liberty that is meant, not the freedom to live one's life as a responsible individual with the freedom to believe as one chooses, not the freedom to pursue happiness, not the freedom to produce and keep what one has produced as their property. What Catholicism means by freedom, is freedom to be a Catholic, in obedience to the dictates of Rome.

The Intentions Made Plain

The following is from the book Revolution and Counter-Revolution:

"B. Catholic Culture and Civilization

"Therefore, the ideal of the Counter-Revolution is to restore and promote Catholic culture and civilization. This theme would not be sufficiently enunciated if it did not contain a definition of what we understand by Catholic culture and Catholic civilization. We realize that the terms civilization and culture are used in many different senses. Obviously, it is not our intention here to take a position on a question of terminology. We limit ourselves to using these words as relatively precise labels to indicate certain realities. We are more concerned with providing a sound idea of these realities than with debating terminology.

"A soul in the state of grace possesses all virtues to a greater or lesser degree. Illuminated by faith, it has the elements to form the only true vision of the universe.

"The fundamental element of Catholic culture is the vision of the universe elaborated according to the doctrine of the Church. This culture includes not only the learning, that is, the possession of the information needed for such an elaboration, but also the analysis and coordination of this information according to Catholic doctrine. This culture is not restricted to the theological, philosophical, or scientific field, but encompasses the breadth of human knowledge; it is reflected in the arts and implies the affirmation of values that permeate all aspects of life.

"Catholic civilization is the structuring of all human relations, of all human institutions, and of the State itself according to the doctrine of the Church.

Got that? "Catholic civilization is the structuring of all human relations, of all human institutions, and of the State itself according to the doctrine of the Church." The other name for this is called "totalitarianism," the complete rule of every aspect of life.

This book and WEB sites like that where it is found are spreading like wildfire. These people do not believe the hope of America is the restoration of the liberties the founders sought to guarantee, these people believe the only hope for America is Fatima. Really!

In Their Own Words

The following is from the site, "RealCatholicTV." It is a plain call for a "benevolent dictatorship, a Catholic monarch;" their own words. They even suggest that when the "Lord's Payer," is recited, it is just such a Catholic dictatorship that is being prayed for.

Two Comments

First, in this country, freedom of speech means that anyone may express any view no matter how much anyone else disagrees with that view, or is offended by it. I totally defend that meaning of freedom of speech.

This is what Catholics believe, and quite frankly, I do not see how any consistent Catholic could disagree with it, though I suspect some may. I have no objection to their promoting those views, because it is what they believe. Quite frankly I am delighted they are expressing them openly. For one thing, it makes it much easier to understand Catholic dialog, and what they mean by the words they use.

Secondly, I think if their views were actually implemented, it would mean the end true freedom, of course, but I do not believe there is any such danger.

The peace and happiness of real Christians must be baffling to Catholics.

It might be, if I ever saw it. Not so far.

Logic states you worship Mary if you worship God

If one is unfamiliar with the Incarnation, yes. Otherwise, no.

Uh oh, Sweet Judith will be upset you didn't provide a source for your photo.

Dearie me. Well if the good lady expresses her dissatisfaction, then I will hang my head and do my best to satisfy her.

It's not my fault that we have a Robert Gibbs for the Harpy Coven active on this forum.

"Is he *in* now that you have a doctrine you want his teachings to support?"

St. Paul has always been *in* with Catholics. What is not *in* is the bastardization of his message into something isolated from and superior to the the Gospel spoken by the Incarnate Word.

If you google *statement of faith* with any particular denomination name in front of it, you’ll get that denomination’s statement of faith.

I certainly know better than to get tricked into posting the statement of faith of the church I attend now.

If you want to know what other denominations statements of faith look like, do your own leg work. I’m not pandering to your demands. You can type. Do it yourself.

Starting where for you? Give me a denomination that fits or link to the same belief statement for a church 1,000 miles away that has the same statement of beliefs.

Good grief. I'm not looking for location, but beliefs. Why would anyone not proudly proclaim their church's statements of beliefs, confession, creed, etc.?

“Dont know if that is true or not, but if...”

But you feel confident enough to throw that little bit out there, eh?

What is with the anti’s that they post anything without verification or even a modicum of diligence?

We have photos with no attribution, statements with no facts, and scurrilous writings from known hate groups passed as truth.

These people wouldn’t know truth if it came back and bit them.

I would think self-professed Christians, especially the osas and “elect” would know the damnation from bearing false witness.

But, of course, the osas can “sin boldly” according to Luther and the “elect” means never having to say you’re sorry.

To paraphrase John Denver, “Thank God, I’m a Catholic Bird.”

I’m floored by you thinking a human being can only know what “love is” by reading a Bible.

According to your idea everyone who is illiterate is stuck in hate.

I spent enough of my time on your silliness

Mary became God?

Um no. IF this were true then your logic would would be true - the Mother of God is God also.

However, this is not the doctrine of the Incarnation. Therefore your logic is false.

“I certainly know better than to get tricked into posting the statement of faith of the church I attend now.”

We can certainly start:

Churches of Christ — associated with the Restoration Movement; known for sola scriptura, a cappella worship, and baptism for the forgiveness of sins.

Not to be confused with:

Independent Christian Churches/Churches of Christ - also associated with the Restoration Movement like the Churches of Christ above. It is similar in all respects except for the use of instruments in worship as opposed to a cappella

Ouch..must be Satan’s music.

Maybe this:

Independent Fundamental Churches of America — association of conservative, independent churches But not Restoration, heaven forbid!

Or this:

Open Bible Standard Church The Bible Standard Conference was formed in 1919 after Fred Hornshuh and several other ministers withdrew from the Apostolic Faith Mission (AFM) led by Florence L. Crawford. Hornshuh disagreed with the AFM’s isolationist stance from other full gospel groups, centralized and authoritarian leadership style, and its strict position on divorce and remarriage.

Which of course differs from:

The CCCU believes that Christ and His apostles ordained two ordinances to be practiced by His Church: water baptism and the Lord’s supper, without any exclusive method or mode of baptism or of partaking of The Supper. “Let each be fully persuaded in his own mind.” These ordinances are outward symbols, teaching of the inner life, the faith, and the hope of believers

I think they are ok with multiple marriages.

I’ll be back with more!! There are so many it might take me many many moons!

While some can’t rightly divide The Word; it, now appears they, also, can’t see the difference between supporting a poster vs. supporting a document. The effect of submitting to the bondage of blindness.

Your logic is interesting and revealing on its own:

Logic states you worship Mary if you worship God since you consider her to be, “Mother of God.”

Would seem to indicate that you believe either:

Mother of God = God logically - which would be a gross error concerning the Incarnate Word.

or:

Mary is not the Mother of God - in which case one would have to believe that Jesus is not God, or that Mary is not His mother, or have some other related error concerning the Trinity.

Calvary Chapel

In December 1965, Chuck Smith became the pastor of a 25-person congregation and in 1968 broke away from the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel in Santa Ana, California. Before Smith became their pastor, twelve of the 25 members attended a prayer meeting about whether or not to close their church: they reported that “the Holy Spirit spoke to them through prophecy” and told them that Chuck would become their pastor, that he would want to elevate the platform area, that God would bless the church, that it would go on the radio, that the church would become overcrowded, and that he would become known throughout the world.[10]

In 1969, Calvary Chapel became associated with what later became known as the Jesus Movement when Chuck’s daughter introduced him to her boyfriend John, a former hippie who had become a Christian. John then introduced Chuck to Lonnie Frisbee, a hippie Christian who would eventually become a key figure in the Jesus Movement and in Calvary Chapel. Lonnie moved into Chuck’s home, and in a few days, more hippies moved in with Chuck and his wife.[11]

In 1982, John Wimber, a Calvary Chapel pastor, and the Calvary Chapel leadership mutually agreed to part ways. Tension had been mounting over Wimber’s emphasis on spiritual manifestations leading Wimber to withdraw from Calvary Chapel and affiliate with a network of churches that would become the Association of Vineyard Churches.

Return of Christ in 1981
During the late 1970s and early 1980s, Chuck Smith wrote and published a prophetic timeline that declared:

I believe that the generation of 1948 is the last generation. Since a generation of judgment is forty years and the Tribulation period lasts seven years, I believe the Lord could come back for His Church any time before the Tribulation starts, which would mean any time before 1981.[26][27]
The reasoning had to do with the idea that the 7-year Tribulation would end in 1988, forty years after the establishment of the state of Israel. In his 1978 book, Chuck reasoned that Haley’s Comet in 1986 would result in problems for those left behind: “The Lord said that towards the end of the Tribulation period the sun would scorch men who dwell upon the face of the earth (Rev. 16). The year 1986 would fit just about right! We’re getting close to the Tribulation and the return of Christ in glory. All the pieces of the puzzle are coming together.” [26]

Disappointment resulting from the prophecy not materializing in 1981 caused some to leave the church.[28][29][30][31]

[edit] “Generation” living in 1948
In another book titled “Snatched Away,” Chuck proclaimed that the “generation that was living in May of 1948 shall not pass until the second coming of Jesus Christ takes place and the kingdom of God be established upon the earth
All Info is from WIKIPEDIA

Does anyone really think the HS makes mistakes in timing or declaring?

I don’t. But people mistake their own thoughts and subconscious for a lot of “spritual” promptings that invariably are false.

Mary was no more than a sinful flesh and blood human. She was the human mother of Jesus, not God and has no spiritual value.

Our corpses are just as equitable and will rot just like hers.

a human being can only know what “love is” by reading a Bible.

It's not about love - the Scripture you posted is about the heart and the written Word on it. And, in order for it to be written, one needs to READ and KNOW The Word. Again, The Parable of the Sower and the Seed that seems to repulse you.

I spent enough of my time on your silliness

Remain clueless, it suits you. The Word will live forever and everyone will be judged by it. If that's not a wake up call, nothing is.

One thing you can't say is 'you didn't know' at that time. God gives everyone time/chances to know. Then the gig or 'silliness', as you say, is up and you WILL have time for that.

Toodles!
