“Proddys observe Gods Word and the results of Gods Word...Its not all that complicated.”
No, it’s not complicated.
Protestants think themselves competent to interpret scripture correctly. They put themselves on the same plane as—or even above—all the greatest minds of the past 2,000 years, when even the greatest minds stood on the shoulders of earlier giants to advance our understanding.
I was remarking the other day that the ancient Greeks almost had it right when they said, “Whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad.”
A more correct interpretation of the phenomena they observed would be, “Whom Satan would destroy, he first makes mad...and stupid, and arrogant.”
Dear Lord, guard me from the kind of arrogance that makes ordinary men think themselves equal to the truly great and the truly holy.

WRONG AGAIN!
Proddys read God’s Word.
God’s Word declares Holy Spirit will lead us into all truths as we study God’s Word.
We BELIEVE GOD.
—not the magicsterical
—not the mangled bits of church ‘fathers.’
—not the Vatican power-mongers
WE BELIEVE GOD.

Yes, that's why Quix believes that we can lose our salvation by loss of faith or grievous sin and there is no limited salvation but that God came for all. This is completely not the interpretation of Calvinists. So, there is a split between these two sola scriptura groupings.
Then of course in the pentecosatal world, you have ONENESS Pente-cosatals who beleive that God Father, son and Holy spirit are just three aspects of the same God, denying the Trinity. And you have Word-of-faith pent-e-costals who believe that there are multiple gods, up to 9 (Benny) and that we are godlings (Kenneth Copeland You dont have a God in you. You are one! and the same guy saying "God's reason for creating Adam was His desire to reproduce Himself. I mean a reproduction of Himself, and in the Garden of Eden He did just that. He was not a little like God. He was not almost like God. He was not subordinate to God even. . . . Adam is as much like God as you could get, just the same as Jesus. . . . Adam, in the Garden of Eden, was God manifested in the flesh.")

"Protestants think themselves competent to interpret scripture correctly." Yet they deny Catholics the right or ability to do so and decry the Catholic practice of seeking the learned advice of the Church in that endeavor.
