You don’t really read my post it seems you react to them!
I was Presbyterian for about 7 years left when I was around 20!
My first church was Church of the Nazarene around 6 and my first introduction to the Bible was around 4 from my father who told me about Noah Ark!
After the Nazarene I did attend church with friends of various faiths until around 12 when I choose the Presbyterian Church.
I was the only one going to church I choose to go on my own all my life!
My folks were good people and strived to live the ten commandments they were of different faiths and let me decide for my self which one I want to join.
I attended a revile once and wanted to scram as fast as I could it was creepy that was not the spirit of the Lord.
I knew the Lord had more for His children so I spend an 18 year quest looking for the truth.
And the farest thing in my mind would be the Mormons but little did I know it was where the Lord restored His Kingdom on earth!

That may be one of the saddest stories I have heard in a long time. I am so, so very sorry you didn’t have any Christian mentors in your life. I pray for you to be free from your bondage.
And let that be a lesson to the rest of us. This happens all around us and we have to take action!

That knowledge caused Joey Smith to start on a down ward spirl to Hell and damnation...
He went out and committed all kinds of atrocities and broke every one of the Ten Commandments for the next 20 years...
