And there we have it. Your church is infallible, and I must be ignorant or stupid to believe what I do.

But you’re not judgmental, hang on to that! You asked who judged me? You just did. You have through this entire thread. Your church has judged me. And you simply cannot see it because you don’t want to see it.

Bye Melian, this thread is done...

you don’t want

Reading the mind of another Freeper is "making it personal."

Discuss the issues all you want, but do not make it personal.

Perhaps it is time to examine it through the eyes of an adult with an adult’s intellect and understanding?

That's not personal, is it?

No, it is arms-length or academic because it is stated as a question. It does however push the envelope.

So if I would have said:

Perhaps you simply cannot see it because maybe you don’t want to see it?

I would be OK? That’s not personal?

Yes, that would not be “making it personal.”

No, PugetSoundSoldier, I have not judged you. I’ve told you I think you’re probably saved because I believe Christ values the way we live our lives. I’ve asked you questions. I’ve shared a bit of my own personal history with you. I’ve told you how I feel about salvation and the Church. I’ve expressed concern for you and your level of emotion on these threads. I’ve suggested solutions and I’ve offered help.

You are not ignorant or stupid, but it is clear that something is really bothering you. I wish you well on your journey.

As for ending our discussion... as you wish.
