Doug, thank you so much for sharing this. Bryan continues to be healed daily and is making remarkable progress. Before he arrived in Bethesda, the Dr's had already concluded that he would not be capable of speaking and possibly even understanding what was being said. God has miraculously intervened in answer to our prayers. The Dr's are amazed at how well he is doing to the point where they are planning to discharge him next week as an "outpatient" for rehab/therapy. They have never done that before to anyone with injuries like his (instead they transfer as "inpatient" for prolonged hospital stay. Bryan is talking, joking and laughing with us and dr's and he has been up out of bed getting around the floor on his own and we are giving him wheelchair spins around the hospital. He still needs surgery for his orbital bone repair under left eye which is scheduled for wed. Fragments in his brain appear to be immobile but still waiting on final word from neurosurgeons. Overall he is a walking-talking miracle....a testimony to the power of prayer and healing from God Almighty. We are awed and humbled. Regards, Rob [Sent from Blackberry]
