I am in the financial services industry and almost every single
get rich quick scheme I’ve seen in 20+ years comes from
Utah. Just keeping the traditions of Joseph Smith, who was
a treasure hunter, scam guy, and according to his mom, “would
tell the most fanciful stories”.
They do spend millions every year on PR though and many people
buy into the message. But it is what they don’t tell you
that you should pay attention to.
