So this visitor center is more to preach against Mormons then it is to preach the Gospel? Sorry but that is not Christian, and neither are you.

So this visitor center is more to yank kids playing in the street away from traffic, thAn it is to let them have the FREEDOM to do as they wish?
Sorry but that is not American, and neither are you.

What a kind thing to say. So only Mormons are allowed to oppose and proselytize other religions??? That’s mighty delightsome of you.
The article states:
“(Smith) was murdered in 1844 by a mob while awaiting trial on charges of destroying an opposition Mormon newspaper. “
Actually, he was there for a multitude of reasons, having escaped jail in Missouri where he’d set off a war that almost got thousands of Gentiles AND Mormons slaughtered. Smith was Lt. General Smith at Nauvoo and had become a petty dictator harboring fugitives and running land speculation scams. Destroying the Nauvoo Expositor press was what primed the events leading to his death, but there were plenty of reasons why he was in jail other than that.
Your first error is you are pre-supposing that Mormonism is Christian instead of the cult that it is. All Mormons follow a false prophet - Joseph Smith - and it is very Christian to expose False Prophets. Read Jude, especially the part where it says to "....contend earnestly for the faith...."
Your 2nd error is that non-Mormons have as much right to call a Mormon as follower of a false prophet as Mormons have the right to go door to door pronouncing all non-Mormons as being apostate. Unless of course evangelism is only allowed to be practiced BY Mormons and all evangelism which exposes the false prophecies of Smith is to be silenced??????
Let's see where's my copy of the U.S. Constitution particularly that 1st amendment clause ...............
