Cite another definition. It is clear the the term Christianity includes all who claim the teachings of Jesus Christ as their own. The LDS Church not only does that, but calls itself the very Church of Jesus Christ because it is the churc of no man, but was organized personally by Jesus Christ.
It is not the chuch of Roman Catholics, the church of Martin Luther or of any man.
Who are you to judge Latter-day Saints that their belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is not genuine?
How Christian is your judgment of your brothers and sisters? Where did Christ ever condemn the faith of those who claimed to believe in Him and who sought to do Christ’s will?
Right here:
Matthew 7:21-24
21. "Not everyone who says to me, `Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
22. Many will say to me on that day, `Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?'
23. Then I will tell them plainly, `I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'
“Where did Christ ever condemn the faith of those who claimed to believe in Him and who sought to do Christs will?” ... If you would study the teaching of Jeuss you would know He made explicit address to this phenomenon, and even attributed what appear to be miraculous things done in His name, yet these will be told to depart from Him, He never knew them. When you fail to accept that He means to indwell you and thus be the author of any good coming out of you in this life, and instead insist on the Mormon doctrine of ‘after all that you can do, His sacrifice will kick in for you’ ... well, good luck with your moment before the Great White Throne.
The LDS Church not only does that, but calls itself the very Church of Jesus Christ because it is the churc of no man, but was organized personally by Jesus Christ.
