Prophecy, I think for the most part because of the book of Daniel and the kings dream. The statue represents (Daniel 2; 40-43) the kingdoms of the earth, And all preachers alike are saying we are waiting on the pope to be the false prophet and an empire likened to Rome. Well this same theory of what Daniel says has been around for as long as I can remember. So for me I decided to take God for one moment out of a box. And open my mind to what else it might say. Well I found That the U.N. has 189 members to a world judicial system, and everyone knows that a judicial system, pretty much has control of that it governs, then I found that the name of this system is the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. It is a treaty between 189 countries and it is to force peace, it is clearly a dictatorship. And the chairman or president is a man named Phillipe Kirsch, he is French-Canadian and of European decent. I just thought that if everyone was looking one way maybe we should really look somewhere else. After all Daniel does say that the prophecy of his book will be sealed until the end. Also when reading the documents I found that they gave it (the judicial system) a personality and even called it a personality. Which makes it a person per say. It is also from the start a rocky treaty one that doesn’t look at all like it will hold together. Maybe when we think rome we should look at a bigger rome. Maybe when we say world religion we should look at all religions combined that have stepped away from simplicity. God says him or mammon. So, all who worship mammon would be of one and all who worship God (yah) shall be of one. From the looks of things mammon is taking over the world. Or already has. I ask that you read this and pray over it for answers. Also remember that when we read the whole world will worship it....worship truly means bow down to...(give in)

I'll help:

The Gregorian Calendar is a revision of the Julian Calendar which was instituted in a papal bull by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582. The reason for the calendar change was to correct for drift in the dates of signifigant religious observations, (primarily Easter/Astarte/Ishtar) and to prevent further drift in the dates.

The important effects of the change were:

• Drop 10 days from October 1582, to realign the Vernal Equinox with 21 March
• Change leap year selection so that not all years ending in "00" are leap years.
• Change the beginning of the year to 1 January from 25 March

Adoption of the new calendar was essentially immediate within Catholic countries. In the Protestant countries, where papal authority was neither recognized nor appreciated, adoption came more slowly.

It was declared to be particularly unworthy for this, the holiest of all festivals, to follow the custom [the calculation] of the Jews, who had soiled their hands with the most fearful of crimes, and whose minds were blinded.

That's why the church needed to change the calendar, needed to do away with the Sabbath and started Sun-day worship, in 'honor of the venerable Sun'. Why they needed to distance themselves from Passover and celebrate Easter, a name derived from the pagan godess of fertility, widely known at the time.

The church has done nearly all it could to distance themselves from the root that they 'claim' to be grafted unto. Yet, it resembles nothing of the root anymore.

The part I want to specifically point out is this: for the Saviour has shown us another way;

An actual admission that the church has deviated from 'the way' and gone after 'another way'!! And to top it off, they give credit to Yehoshua for this 'new way'. The church admits that this 'other way' is more CONVENIENT!

Actually, I've heard that the water Rome used was so high in minerals that it coated the pipes within a few weeks and there wasn't much lead in the water. They did get lead poisoning from another source however. The cheap wine most Romans drank was very acidic and was "mellowed" by letting it sit in leaden pitchers which would impart a sweeter taste. The acidic wine would disolve a bit of the lead and become less sour. It also became a cumulative poison.

Modern church corruption?
What if I said the modern church believes these are the end times also?
The point is, if we are wrong good for crime and murder and evil because it is winning. The Bible says different. Where can we go from here that would or could make this world a bigger kingdom, that has not yet been judged, the kingdom is as big as it gets, besides maybe a world leader that won't be elected by us, but by the elect. What would your idea be of the last kingdom that takes the whole world and consumes it (the whole world becomes one)? Because prophecy says this last kingdom will be iron and clay (not stay mixed) it says it will not last long. Hey I love all these opinions from you guys though. I also appreciate them even the negative ones. That is why I posted to begin with, only I was new and didn't know it was suppose to be news and such. I am not sorry I did though. Antichrists and their false doctrines have been around since the time of John.

1 John 4

The UN wasn't in the world back then, but the church was forming.

19   They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

The antichrist and other antichrists were already around when John wrote his epistle.

John makes perfectly clear that MANY antichrists had gone out FROM THEM (early believers) teaching false doctrine regarding Yehoshua.  These "antichrists," or usurpers of the true Messiah, were promoting doctrines that presented a Christ that was in place of or instead of the TRUE Messiah.  They were teaching a "replacement" Messiah.  

John was a Hebrew; therefore, it is probable that the "us" John refers to in 1 John 2:19 is likely his brethren that followed Yehoshua.

1 John 4
6   We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

The "spirit of antichrist" is equated to a "spirit of error".  CLEARLY, antichrist represents an error - false teaching - that was (and IS) being spread.

Antichrist = erroneous doctrine.  Antichrist primarily represents a set of false teachings, not simply some future possible world religious/political figure, or something inserted under the skin.  Those accepting the error promoted by the "spirit of error" or "spirit of antichrist" are unintentional victims of the spirit of antichrist.

Dead sea scrolls, please read this. The Book of the Courses of the Heavenly Luminaries, it will show prophecy concerning these changes. Anything that was changed was allowed by God. The beast will try to change things and not be able to. He apparently allowed the papacy these changes, nothing happens God doesn't allow. Remember he will send a delusion that would fool even the most elect if it could. Daniel specifically says try to change. Try means will fail. Look I am not catholic and I use to think the same thing, but that scripture lead me away because I said to myself "if the many will fall and not find the truth, shouldn't I at least study and make sure what I believe?" I understand your belief and I am hoping you will understand why I believe as I do.....:)

you are correct, the last days began two millenia and will end when all these things written in scripture come to pass....correct? It has just taken a while. I know scripture says no one knows the day or hour, but then it says the ones who seek the truth will know of these things and will not be kept in the dark. (which means we will know when it gets close) 8 years ago I listened to this and watched I didn't believe it was that close. Now I see a world justice system, and from someone who knows how it works, I just believe what I believe... So I am seeking....:)

sorry, I am cooking too...:) antichrists are many and the world is full.....now the son of perdition (one who loses) is a total different matter. I know of the prophecies of the last popes. That doesn't mean he is the false prophet or the son of perdition. I just know that if the majority looks one way maybe I should look another, other wise scripture would have said "The many will go through the gate to the kingdom" or "I will not set forth any delusion to fool anyone, here it is" All I know is I want the truth, not someone else's idea of it. I have tested it, closely and I will still, that is what I am told to do throughout scripture, as we all are.

If we take all of Scripture, we begin to understand that Jesus is talking about The Tath--He is the Path. (I am the way, the truth and the life," he said.) Many do not seek it. He is saying that many seek a broad path--a path that is other than Himself.

as I was saying....:) so I don't want it to be narrow for me, because he also tells us to pay attention, be aware of these things. So that is what I am doing seeking. I am of no denomination, I don't suppose. I read the bible alone in my bedroom for a while. I trust God to lead me. I am not saying I do not know about hidden scripture, the papacy thought we didn't need to see, I am also seeing the freemason's changed scripture, hey satan is everywhere. However we should just look at every thing, test it, taste it. That's all I am saying....:)
