I see a very desperate Party that has nothing left but spite. They are sooo angry and hateful at this point. Sore losers. They can't handle a fair fight.

From KFI: The number of complaints at polling places is minimal! Very few problems -- everything was smooth and fine from the LA Registrar's Office.
Jackson is lying! No problems to speak of in LA County!

64% of all Californians voted for a Republican, which is quite amazing for a Democratic State! (Yes Arnold's numbers would have been better if McClintock had dropped out HOWEVER Arnold's team wanted McClintock to STAY in the race because they needed his voters to vote "Yes" on Part I of the ballot.)

The only people that thought Tom would win were a few deluded posters that would post some McClintock story, get a frew dozen posts, and think, hey look at all these people who like Tom ! We can't lose !

LA Registrar said they have had very few complaints in LA County -- been going very smooth. Jackson is lying!

"I worry about premature gloating, too. Let's also not forget, landslide or not, 'someone' was 'disenfranchised' and this election will no doubt be challenged. "

I feel the same way.
I just saw Jesse Jackson on H&C and he was playing the poor, disenfrenchized voter card already. I bet the Dem lawyers are already working on the briefs to contest the results of the election.
To: FairOpinion
this also means that the xxxlintons are losing political relevance by the hour... bill went out to 'save' the day and couldn't do it... xxxillary didn't even try ... this puts a huge dent in her hopes to be dictator

Jackson is lying! No problems to speak of in LA County! In Florida, they came up with "I accidentally voted for the wrong person. I need to vote again."
Who knows what left wing smelly stuff they'll come up with this time. *sigh*

You know, I've mostly stayed out of this McClintock/Arnold sniping because I'm not a Cali voter (although my mom-in-law is). As things have turned out, these two men ran spirited campaigns, and yet didn't tear each other apart, and I suspect they'll both turn out to be winners in the long term.

Some people are crying already, and they are not Republicans
By late afternoon with the polls still open and Davis making calls at get-out-the-vote rallies, several of his aides appeared shell-shocked as if bracing for bad news.
CBS News on Tuesday night reported that 69 percent of a sample of voters interviewed after they cast their ballots said they had made up their minds weeks ago. Some political observers saw this as an indication that recent charges that Schwarzenegger sexually harassed women did not have a major impact and that voters were more worried about the state of California's economy under incumbent Davis.

And yes, I realized I didn't respond fully to your post. Yes, Clinton didn't even get the big guys behind the first WTC bombing.
I must leave that subject this evening or the swear words would get me banned from my favorite site.
