The poll included ALL (Dem, Rep, Indep, Grn) Probable Voters and was taken Sept. 25-27.Actually, the poll does not say that at all.
But the most recent LA Times poll
If you are citing ANYTHING published by the LA Times, you have no business calling anyone else a RINO, RINO.

At this point I would prefer someone else as well. Tom has exercised such poor judgement here, that I just have no stomach for the guy any longer.

Would it not be cool to see the two top vote getters both republican, and davis losing by a 70-30 margin?
I would be happy if either tom or arnold wins.

I have been a registered Democrat all my voting life!
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!
Ask me if I care what the apparatus thinks.
Ask me what I think of the "Contract with America", which imploded in a flurry of running into hiding, followed by "accomodation" with the killer progressives.
I continue to reject the "win the skirmish and lose the war" mentality.

McClintock's already said he isn't going to propose anything new on abortion if he's elected, so by your own logic, McClintock's bad too, correct? At least he's pro-life. He'll appoint pro-life people to office. He'll sign pro-life legislation. Arnold won't do anything to defend unborn children (oh yeah, he's anti-infanticide, great). What kind of a person is that? Who would vote for someone like that?

Since the McClintock camp is a total writeoff, by their own pronouncement, I'm not sure what there is left to debate here. Thanks for the comments.

but Arnold's commericals attacking Indian gaming have a subtle element of racism to meNah, it's not racism - just the standard "Hey look! The Indians have something we want! Let's take it, even if we have to break our word to them again!" thing that politicians have done for generations...

Political parties should not endorse in a primary.
This is NOT a primary.
It's the real enchilada....no general election after this. No second opportunity.
And yes, the party endorsement DOES mean something. If nothing else, it adds to the tidal wave for Arnold now in progress. Bandwagon psychology and timing is everything in a campaign. Arnold's timing has been perfect....he's beginning his peaking at exactly the right time, i.e., a week before election.

Must be. They can't get the ENTIRE state central committee together again less than a month after our convention, plus they'd never stand to endorse Mr. S. And if it was the Exec. Comm., word would have leaked out from the Tom supporters who are members. Which leaves it to the Board... Majority mods, country clubbers, or "sell-outs".

I would be happy if either tom or arnold wins. A good, healthy attitude.
Which alas appears beyond the reach of some of the AS supporters here, even though its clear their guy will likely take the election in a walk.
With them, McClintock's candidacy is a personal insult - off with his head!

Even the best polls show a 40% no on Recall. Those 40% are almost certainly Cruz Bustamante's. That 40% grows to as much as 47% in some polls. You tell me, are we going to see 70% voting against the democrats here? There is an awful lot of wishful thinking on this forum right now. It's playing right into the propagandidsts and democrat's hands IMO.

Tom, wake up and smell the coffee. Its over. Toss in the towel and try to save some dignity man!

Thank you. I agree. I just wish people would drop their blinders and except reality and help push this through to victory. Schwarzenegger has had to drag people along kicking and screaming to achieve what he has.
