Ping to a sour grapes Ventura.
What a dork!
To: EveningStar
Schwarzenegger has drawn comparisons to Ventura, although their body type, a few political issues and the movie business are the only things they share. They share body types?
Anybody with a small knowledge of bodybuilding resents that kind of shoddy comparision.

Jesse lost my support when he pushed light rail and was mouthing off about a new stadium for sports using public money.

Somehow, I don't think a lack of endorsement from Jesse Ventura is going to hurt Arnold.
Giuliani just endorsed him.
To: EggsAckley
Scorched-earthers won'ot vote for Arnold because he isn't a "real" Republican.
Ventura doesn't like him because he is.

Ventura said that if he were a California resident, he would vote an emphatic "No" on the recall. "This is an abuse of the recall system," Ventura said.
He likened the recall to replaying the Super Bowl so the loser gets a second chance.
When he heard Schwarzenegger was entering the race, Ventura sent flowers.
But no endorsement.
Gifts get packaged in big ugly wrappings sometimes.

Jesse who?
To: EveningStar
Jesse suffered too many head slams in his pre-politics job.

Jesse is neither a conservative nor a libertarian. He's a moderate/liberal. And he's in a socialist state to boot.
To: BibChr
Let's fix that:
Scorched-earthers Principled People won't vote for Arnold because he isn't a "real" Republican.
All better...

Republicans aren't traditionally FOR more gun control. Nor are they for MORE social spending, especially on those who break the law when entering our country.
Liar? Look in the mirror.

I see you're schooled in the McClintock school of Kindergarten debate tactics.
As usual, here is a fact:
Your statement: "Principled People won't vote for Arnold because he isn't a 'real' Republican."
I am, I will, and he is. Not a conservative as I am, but a real Republican.
Ergo, you lied.
Now, my alleged lie?

How is it in any way "Republican" to advocate for more gun control? More spending on illegal aliens?
Get a grip.
