What? A "human relations" person denying conservatives the right to live, speek, and eat beef because of their political beliefs?

Libel, slander, unproveable accusations, etc., are all MUCH worse from a legal standpoint when they are done by a government agency and/or under color of governmental authority, as this was.

Agreed. I think JimRob now has a serious case to make against the City of Fresno.

Well, now I'm confused. Isn't there a cut of beef called tri-tip? I'm pretty clueless when it comes to pork (except for bacon and pork chops.)

Agreed. Same for me, personally. I look at it this way - the mayor is being pretty good about the whole thing, so holding back on legal action would probably be good. Unless the disbanding of the HRC fails, in which case the option is still there ;0)
