He should have been executed by the State and not by his fellow convicts.

I'm crying on the inside.
Honestly, every time I read about someone like this guy or Jeffery Dahlmer getting murdered in prison, I think I have a great idea.
Let's reduce the sentences of any inmate who kills another inmate by four months for every inmate they take out.
Goodbye prison population problem.

Equal justice under the law means, justice will be meted out even though the law has failed to do its duty.

That's a good one --- but they really probably are. Was this that sick jerk who tried hiding in Mexico?

I agree.
This is NOT justice.
Conservatives believe in rule of law, not vigilanteism. Those of you cheering make me sick, you give conservatives a bad name!
He was a scumbag, but he didn't get a death sentence.
I hope the perpetrator is caught and prosecuted. Who will they determine they have the "right" to kill next?

What can one say, really?
May God have mercy on his soul, on the souls of his victims, on his murderer and on all of us.
An ugly end to an ugly life.

Equal justice under the law means, justice will be meted out even though the law has failed to do its duty. Well there is a cynical view. Nonetheless convicts dispensing justice is as much of a threat to society as justice going gayly blind.

He should have been executed by the State and not by his fellow convicts. Why? He's just as dead either way and this way is much cheaper. He probably asked for it by trying to do to a fellow prisoner what he had been doing to young boys.

Hopefully he was shanked in the belly and took a long, long time to die. Enough time to curse his birth, and long enough of a death rattle to see the Gates of Hell swinging open for him.

So murderers will have their sentence reduced by killing non-violent offenders in jail for tax fraud or marijuana cultivation, and be back on the streets sooner based on their proficiency at murdering?
That isn't "tough on crime."
It's STUPID!

He was a scumbag, but he didn't get a death sentence. That's what's wrong with our legal system.
Legislators with no principles or backbones.
Wimpy judges.
