With Simon out, there's only one conservative in the race -- - McClintock's 1) the most experienced; 2) the most knowledgeable; 3) the one with the most well-articulated vision; 4) the one with Reagan-like CONVICTIONS (not convenient "opinions" adopted yesterday -- and subject to change tomorrow; 5) the one who's from the MIDDLE CLASS so he KNOWS that TAXES HURT -- he feels it in his bones, not through a focus group -- so we can trust him to keep his word.
NOTE: LYN NOFZIGER HAS JUST ENDORSED MCCLINTOCK!

McClintock is *UNELECTABLE*. Vote Schwarzenegger for a *REPUBLICAN* victory!

McClintock is *UNELECTABLE
Haven't heard that chestnut since the "moderate" Republicans used it against Reagan in Republican primaries! Thanks for jogging my memory!

Voting Schwarzneggar is a Liberal victory disguised as Republican. Hardly a win.

What makes McClintock "unelectable"? Didn't he score more votes than Simon, and for a lesser-known office, and with a pitiful fraction of the money, in the last statewide election?
Or is "unelectable" the RINO euphemism for a conservative who means what he says?

What is a good link for McClintock's positions? If he is the most encouraging on stopping illegal immigration, I'm there.

A vote for McClintock is a vote for Bustamante. If you want to save California from the Democratic plague, vote Arnold.

McClintock has solid conservative credentials and would make a fine governor for California. If conservative Republicans can unite behind McClintock and the moderates see Arnold Schwarzenegger for what he is, an empty suit, theres a slim chance that either liberal in the race, Cruz or Arnold, will not win the recall elction.
It's not over yet!

Vote Schwarzenegger for a *REPUBLICAN* victory!...and a conservative *DEFEAT*!
To: thoughtomator
I've been pushing that 'unelectable' line myself.
Now I'm not so sure.
I just can't see Tom beating the massive 'aliens for Busta' wave.
What Arnold SHOULD do is step down and name McC as his endorsed candidate.

A vote for McClintock is a vote for Bustamante. You are incorrect, a vote for McClintock is a vote for McClintock.

No, I'm not ignoring the fact his chief spokesman said taxes may have to be raised. Willie Brown couldn't have said it better himself.
And what has Arnold said about the car tax? I've had my hand to my ear, but haven't heard anything. Even BUSTAMANTE wants to reduce it!
The fact that Pete Wilson is standing just behind Arnold, wispering in his ear, isn't comforting; Wilson hiked California taxes more than any state-level tax increase in American history. That fact that he's a Republican doesn't make it easier to pay those taxes, I'm telling you!

>>>A vote for McClintock is a vote for Bustamante. That's a red herring! Arnold's a liberal RINO.
To: Sir Valentino
Let Arnold lead the Republican party where it needs to go: pro-abortion, pro-gay rights, pro-gun control, NOT!!!! If Arnold is elected, if will be a bigger disaster for the Republican party than Richard Nixon. I would rather have a Democrat run California for a couple of more years, then have Arnold lead the Republican party totally into RINO land. Wake up real Republicans, or your party is toast!
Go Tom go!

I can't find one word so far about illegal immigration on his site. Still searching.
Not making me hopeful.
