She basically said that this country needs to put a priority on upgrading the power distribution backbone ......That good for nothin' doublewide has her head up her exhaust. Doesn't she know Bush is doing exactly that, upgrading the power distribution backbone, happens to be in Iraq but he's doin' it ;-)
