Arnie said he would rescind the car licence fee increase.I hope you're right. Although I'd rather see someone that would do something about the invasion of illegals here, like McClintock, I think Arnold will probably win this election.
But, from everything I gather about him, he's liberal on most issues.

They were using the "equal protection" argument, saying that Davis' supporters didn't have a chance to vote for him like other supporters do for their candidate. Of course, section 1 is all about Davis, so the argument is just a delay and confuse tactic.

It shouldn't matter who appointed these justices, if they follow the plain reading of the law and the intent of the people who passed the recall laws nearly 90 years ago. The recall laws are not reserved for State constitutional officers, and have been used to remove county Supervisors, school board members, etc. for years!
