So, that's the delay, then? Davis scheduled his press conference in anticipation of the CSC ruling, and the CSC is delaying, so Davis is delaying?

From the date on when they were filed, it looks like Hillary personally read them and then left Town. This was her "support" of Davis without standing on a Podium next to a "loser".
