That is one thing that conservative candidates and their supporters cannot get through their head. There is only so much a Governor or even a President can do.
For McClintock to say that, he has no business running if he doesn't know the law IMO!
I want someone who can win and bring California back economically not someone who promises something they cannot deliver!
Arnold IMO would be great for the California economy!

I wish McClintock would quit vowing to void the electricity contracts. For one thing, he can't do it. It's not in his power. And secondly, there are no valid legal grounds to do it. Without that, contracts are binding, even if you don't like them later.
I agree completely.....you think Davis wouldn't rescind the the overinflated contracts that were a result of a 6-month delayed knee-jerk reaction if he could?

that could include Davis resigning, then getting elected in the recall! I don't think that Davis can run to succeed himself. Even if he resigned, he was still the officer being recalled.
