It will be something else. Maybe he'll off himself on national television.

This seems like a rather silly time to announce his candidacy for President.LOL!
Actually...he has as good of a chance of that as remaining Gov..
To: Dog
Whatever his announcement it's sure to be a lie to the voters of California. Anything important he had to say could have been said BEFORE the certification.

Resignation? I don't think you know how vain and arrogant our "beloved" Governor is. I do. I just wanted to be the first to post it.

Has Davis been given a heads up about what the CSC is going to rule today pertaining to the recall?

RECALL OVER. Lt. Governor becomes the incumbent for the next year and four months (I think it's a 2yr term).

The recall election has been certified and no resignation can stop it.
Davis can still resign, but the office is still up for a recall vote.
That's my understanding of the recall law. Of course we all know how good the dems are at obeying laws.

I think he's going to announce that California is the first homosexual state and is breaking away from the union...
I'm having way too much fun...

Has Davis been given a heads up about what the CSC is going to rule today pertaining to the recall? I thought about that, but that would be highly unusual. Courts like to make their own announcements.

My source (the same one telling us Arnold's not running) tells me Davis will announce that he's removing INS guards from the Tijuana/San Diego border, and illegal aliens will be allowed to vote in the recall. Should he remain governor, then all illegal aliens will be granted California citizenship.

Bengal Tiger?
The Bengals in this town were 2-14 last year. Their winning percentage was about the same as Davis's current approval rating, I think.
