Two answers: One, the ISM has a special program going on now, knowing that most students are on summer break. Two, in the case of Evergreen (Rachel Corrie & that other idiot who caught the rubber bullet) The school awards full academic credit (in the form of an "Individual Learning contract" for these very activities.

A quick google search will show that Evergreen has a number of anti-Israel terrorist profs.
