Yes, thanks for providing the link here. It was a chilling article, and was foreshadowing that AQ is preparing for some big attacks.

What concerns me is that they may have REAL nukes, not even "just" dirty bombs and che/bio agents. That certainly is good reason to get out of town.

In this context the comercial coast line may mean they have it/them on ships. (AQ controls about a dozen or so ships, then there are those Iraqi ships that kept circling somewhere) Then there was that Egyptian sailor who died of anthrax, but didn't die of anthrax, and they never said what was in the suitcase.

If we start connecting the various dots, just what's in the public domain, the picture is not pretty.

But, if so, where? Point out the physical assets this would involve? Allude to the financial resources and the money trail that MUST exist ... NOTHING exists in a vacuum and if EVERY intel agency is 'watching their back yard' here in the US between them and the public I don't believe they can remain hidden *if* they were in fact *to* exist.

MY contention is, again (somebody missed it the first time!), that if the intel is that good they already know details like location, et cetra ...

Just how do you know this with such certainty?

How do you know there isn't a trail and it could be on ships, it could be on a truck in the US. Remember, when a radiation detector at the Canadian border went off the scale, but it was unmanned and didn't sound an alarm real time. Some nuclear teams in the US went looking for it, never found it.

There are plenty of indications that they may HAVE nukes and they MAY be IN the US, or on some ships.
