Watching her on the 1st holde right now. Looks like she just had to lay up. This is where her being a chick hurts her. Can't attack the greens. But just from checking the highlights so far, she's pretty good and holding her own. Looks like she's had a few lucky bounces too, but hey, luck is part of the game. She missed on one birdie, and I tell you, if she can get a few lucky breaks, she has a chance to finish within a stroke or two of the lead.

She had said that this was a one-off deal, but I wonder if she'll reconsider if she finishes on or near the leader board. She might be surpassing her own expectations.

LOL, watching on USA, just realized the Scottish dude from the Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003 game is announcing. "This is lookin' perfect Billy!"

I'm getting a little annoyed because people keep saying something about her being Italian because they think they see a mustache. Let's not be crass folks.

another 20-25 ft birdie putt opportunity!
If her long putting game was a bit better, she could easily be leading this event.

Um, professor, she has played 9 holes, she teed off from the easier side, and by your silly logic she is also 2 strokes off of missing the cut. She is also 2 strokes off of being tied for 42nd place out of 56. And half the field has still not teed off. Do yourself a favor and hold your enthusiasm until the fat lady sings/putts out. Is she supposed to be 9 back after nine holes?

Now a couple of our stalwarts have decided She might be a lesbian. Well, now, that is another sport (a spectator sport, I'm guessing) where the girls are better than the guys, LOL.

Someone please explain to me why women don't excel in auto racing. Open wheel racing requires a very strong upper body to deal with the G-Force loading in turns and maintain proper control of the car; it really comes down to conditioning. I've no doubt that at some point we'll see a high ranking female driver but my guess is she'll have a last name like Schumacher or Hakkinen.

If her long putting game was a bit better, she could easily be leading this event. A lot of people could be leading the event if they consistently made 20 to 25 footers.

There's some guy with the last name "Browne" with a red Callaway hat who has a permanent scowl on his face.
He is DEFINITELY not having fun today!

Again I say name a SPORT, not a game of aim or steady hands.
I mean an athletic contest - running, stregth, agility. Are you going to respond there is no physical differences that make men superior athletes, like others here want to believe too? If so, your argument is with God, not me.

I wonder which one of our He-Man Women Haters is in the back of this pic:
