The graduate student arrested in yesterday’s hostage stand-off at a Cleveland university, after killing one student and injuring two other people, Halder was a very active and outspoken member of the loony left anti-war crowd. It appears that the entire opening swoon on his site is a quote attributed to Smedley Butler, who was a retired Marine Major General.

Halder ripped that off from a Marine general of the 1920's & early 1930's, Smedley Butler. This guy was 'odd' to say the least though as a marine his career was quite extraordinary. I believed Butler did run as a socialist candidate for president in 1932. (or was at least asked to !)

Let me add. One of the failings of the non-ultra-liberal whacko, left wing folks is our failure to take advantage of the facts of a situation and spin them like the lefties always do.

Last week, we had a shooting with an AK47-like weapon and the left went bat-shit. Here, we could launch a campaign to point out that had a percentage of student in this building been licensed to carry side-arms, the shooting may never have taken place or that the guy could have been taken down or neutralized much earlier. We have to start thinking/acting like the neocommunists do.

He's trying to personify and speak as the American military. It is, in his hand, a juvenile example of a now-hackneyed literary device.

Looks like this East Indian hasn't been wrapped too tight for a while. The bit about being in the Marine Corps? He indeed plagiarized that though the way it is presented on his web page it's almost as though he believed that he was a Marine General.
