I made an error.
I typed pihng.
I meant to type ping.
I apologize for the typo.

I don't know about strip-clubs and names, but the women should make less for the same job at Wal Mart.
Every time I go to a Wal Mart there is at least one page for a "male associate" to carry boxes for customers or move things that the women can't handle.
This extra responsibility is given to almost every man in the store, regardless of position. It is, quite frankly, unfair to pay men the same if they are going to be expected to carry more responsibilities. This is especially true if those duties increase their probability of injury.
I personally think that equal work deserves equal pay. In many cases, Wal Mart does not demand equal work for it's female employees.

I flat out do NOT believe thatMy thoughts exactly. Out of the 1.6 million, only 110 are filing suit? Barbara Streisand.

My wife has worked for Wal-Mart for twelve years and in three states and this is without doubt the most absurd charge I have ever heard of.

Senior management often referred to the female associates in the stores as ãlittle Janie Qs' and ãgirls,"' the filing said. "Female managers have been required to go to Hooter's restaurants and strip clubs in the course of business events." Hey, if they don't want the job....where can I get an application? :-)

I don't like Hooters, but I don't think they are as sleazy as some make them out to be.

So some probable EX-EMPLOYEES want to look for a once in a lifetime payout over minor stuff. This way WalMart can sink like a rock and all the GOOD employees can become jobless. What a bad trend the lawyers and jurries in this country have become.
