Larry King tonight. The Peterson case. Larry King better not get a jailhouse exclusive. The questions he would ask would be:
1. So Scott, you were driving up the coast, I used to go up there all the time watching the Pacific Coast League game. Do you like baseball?
2. So, are you single, married, seeing anybody?
3. You have been accused of murder, let me ask you, do you know Regis Philbin? He murders me every time he talks about Notre Dame.
Thanks Scott and good luck.

At www.lacipeterson.com it was reported that the husband/murderer was interested in concrete.. don't recall the exact circumstances.

If he gets the death penalty, maybe he'll be put in with Westerfield.
He was isolated from the population from the time he was arrested, they'll probably do the same with Snott.

Not necessarily a long wait for this high-profile case to come to trial. Westerfield, who lived in San Diego, was tried in a hurry...I suspect the prosecutors are stamping their feet to get this case to court -- and get their names in the papers, for that matter.

Because it's not about Michael.

Richard Ramirez was The Night Stalker, not Hillside Strangler... and didn't one of the Menedez boys marry? or did they just get engaged?

Ted Rowlands, Nancy Grace, Mark Geragos and San Francisco Assistant District Attorney Kimberly Guilfoyle Newsom. I'm sure more will be on.

It may have happened quickly as you say. If it was pre-meditated, I don't think he would have used all that fishing tackle. It appears he grabbed that at the spur of the moment because it was handy.
It also appears that resentment of his wife was building up inside of him which turned to rage.
And, the bottom line is that we have to get murderers off the street before they kill again or do something else psychopathic to another human being.

He'll say the affair he was having was with a transexual or something warped like that. It's the California way.

Do you mean with the sniperpinglist? If so, it's my pleasure. I know there are quite a few threads I've missed on that... I really am sickened about the publicity on it dropped after the arrests.

Let's try and guess who'll be the first defense lawyer to claim that Scotty will never get a fair trial.

Excellent news, Devil!
What do you think the odds of the Rocha family filing a wrongful death suit and would it be worth it to them to do it now? I think I would file it, just as back-up.
