Read the other day that some reporters who signed up as "embeds" are "disembedding" themselves (including Chip Reid and Bob Arnot) -- the Pentagon is NOT happy as the reporters got access to where they are by signing up as embeds and they are putting themselves at risk roaming around...

Grr. That ticks me off. S--t or get off the pot, you know? That's the slimiest of all -- get the embed training (that's the most important part, IMHO, the training they get with the military), go out with the units, then suddenly un-embed...THAT could cause tactical problems and lives and THAT ticks me off. A LOT. Grumble.
