Happy (or sad) to say I was the first to call this (in response to, "How will the liberals be able to spin THIS?!?! hahah!") on the day 21 live thread -- little point of pride for me, heh -- which means, if I'm smart enough to realize that the looting/anarchy spin is going to be out there, Rummy probably figured it out when he was seven years old plotting things out in a sandbox. :p All is well. Let the liberal press continue to misunderestimate the administration. ;-)
