I'm ashamed of liking the Dixie Chicks before they openend their big goofy mouth.
I'm proud to have a President who protected the US from lunatics and their terrorist friends running loose with Atomic, Biological and Chemical weapons.

Let's just hope it's all there. As for this nuclear facility, there were reports that there was another facility located under what the IAEA folks checked out. Perhaps that's where it was.

....And El-Baradei (sp?) visited this joint, right?....
The above ground portions.
Was he on the take? Is he now a war criminal being complicit in the coverup.?

And of course, when General Brooks mentioned in yesterday's press briefing that they discovered missles with heat-seeking tips on them--in direct violation of the UN sanctions--the only thing the press could ask was: What about the Palastine Hotel? Huh? What about the Palastine Hotel? Are you targeting journalists now? Hhhmmm?
To: JustRight
This is not good.

Carl Prine, the reporter who broke this story, is the one talking to Linda V.
Here's his story, and it's a big one:
Marines hold nuclear site
To: JustRight
Could this suggests that Saddam may have nukes ... and he's drawing coalition forces into a trap?

Han Blix response: A little plutonium has never killed anyone...

That would explain the heavy duty radioactivity, not either type of Uranium.
FYI
U235 - hard to refine, easy to make a bomb
Pu239 - fairly easy to manufacture but hard to make a workable bomb
To: mewzilla
probably concluded it was for peaceful purposes only, just like Syria's, Iran's, and oh yes lest we forget, North Korea's. Nothing to see here, move along, get yer falafels down the street...
To: spokeshave
Radiation levels far beyond what was expected for the Uranium known to be there. Levels and type of radiation consistant with Plutonium.
More to come...

Nah, nuclear weapons have many peaceful uses. That's why the French have them.
The Iraqis were probably going to use them for Urban renovations in Haifa

Yes, and there have been Arabic messages on al neda that have been translated and can refer to a planned nuke or radiological attack. Recent messages refer to another "hit" this Friday or Saturday, with "allah's" help, of course. What's "al neda"?
Seriesly.
