Yes, and there have been Arabic messages on al neda that have been translated and can refer to a planned nuke or radiological attack. Recent messages refer to another "hit" this Friday or Saturday, with "allah's" help, of course.

It was originally an "alleged" site for jihadists. Then, it was taken over by a group of technical savvy folks who turned it into a bulleting board where arabic e-mails, pictures and postings are culled from the many arabic web sites that pop up continually (before they are shut down by the Feds) and then are translated by "al qaeda hunters." I am a lurker at the board, not one of the posters.
