But your mention of Clinton jogged my memory...

For some reason, the idea that I remember a street scene of Hussein walking the streets of Iraq past damage from the Desert FOX bombings under Clinton entered my brain.

I could be totally off my rocker.

You might be right, John. Wasn't the Desert Fox bombing done in December '98? If so, the film could be of him walking around after that bombing.
