I agree he's dead - If you look at the guy who made the speech today and the guy they are parading in the streets, it's the same guy. But the side by side comparisons between him and the file film of him with his 'cabinet' from earlier, shows it's not the same man as in the file footage. And - If this was the real Saddam, he would never appear on a public street now. NEVER.
