No kidding. Simon Marks just said "if" this is Saddam, but then blew it by saying whoever it is is able to walk around freely *today* and illustrates the "cult of personality". The latter, whenever this was taped and whoever it is, can show the power of coercian, too. I have to dash away, but don't mind emailing Fox in a bit.
