We are not simply "passing them by" ... EPWs are carefully processed... and our guys can tell civilians from RG/military types due to their physical characteristics (according to reports) ... they are well fed, good shape, even "boot marks" on their legs, etc...

Did you watch that video?? Those people were not carefully processed. They passed by . Did you see anyone stopping them and checking for boot marks?
