Scott Peterson is still suspected in the disappearance.
There is a motive, but no body and no weapon, therefore to implicate him at this time is premature. Due to the circumstances of time, if Laci was alive, she would have been found, since her baby was due last month. Laci, if she is alive, God be with her. If she is dead, Scott had soomething to do with it!

That's the news service that does not exist. Phony call letters and all. Sounds like the Scott Peterson Information Ministry... "MPD has struck Scott Peterson with a cruise missile..."

Justice here on earth may never take place, but eternal justice for this horrific crime will surely come to pass.

Thanks for the ping rb! Wish something would break in this case. Press focus has been been directed away from this case, taking the heat off SP. Has he been seen or heard from?

**Has he been seen or heard from? **
That's the $64,000 question I would like to know the answer to, as well. :o/

Link provided is down now.
Took police about 1 year before they charged Bruce Koklich in the death of his wife; her body was never found (1st trial declared a mistrial-on to trial #2).
What was the reasoning in the article that he would have been charged by now? If he was cleared by now, one would think police would release his truck and boat.

I remember hearing about kidnappings of pregnant women for the sole purpose of getting the baby. Has anyone ever considered that someone might have kidnapped her (maybe even taking her to Mexico) for the purpose of surgically removing the baby and then selling the newborn? Maybe the husband didn't do it but set up it so that it could be done. But I am finding it curious and curiouser that no body has been found, no one saw anything, etc.

Scott is probably thanking his lucky stars, this war is going on. Since this takes public focus off him.

Thanks for the ping rb....I couldn't read that entire article, I thank the peterson family wrote it ;^).....I hope MPD is waiting on more DNA samples taken on their last search of the home, this case is pluging along slowly but I feel justice will prevail....

Thanks, Runningbear. I appreciate that viewpoint. He's never been my prime suspect but a lot of folks on FR feel differently. Innocent until PROVEN guilty is how I felt about this.

Was thinking about this case last night and thinking how it looks like Scott Peterson has gotten away with murder.
Although we just had a case locally where after almost 30 years the husband was finally arrested after authorities found the missing wife's body under a concrete slab at the house.
