Many of those fighting are fearfull of the RG. After the UN "advised" the US to stop fighting in Gulf War I - those that began to rise up against Saddam were mercilessly slaughtered. Now - they don't know if the US is going to follow through with their words.

I don't blame them, I blame Iraq - the bastard will meet his maker soon!
