Just heard it was not hostile fire. Another accident not related to hostilities? They said it was on a medi-vac mission.
Is there something terribly flawed with these choppers? It is quite disheartening to hear.

It's been horrible - this simply has to be won sooner rather than later or it's going to get real ugly politically as well as militarily. Meanwhile our brave soldiers die to free a people who want to serve Allah under a dictator.

That quote was from Geraldo -- It's the sand.
Apaches have the same problems. During GWI our choppers spent a good deal of time on the ground being serviced because of the dust.
