Your post got me to thinking. Maybe one reason why Ritter doesn't want Iraq liberated is because he is fearful that some young females may then have the freedom to speak out about something he has done.

The other talking point is to talk about how this will destabilize the Middle East and will cause more terrorism-- even after a liberation of Iraq.
