Your post got me to thinking. Maybe one reason why Ritter doesn't want Iraq liberated is because he is fearful that some young females may then have the freedom to speak out about something he has done.Ahhhh!

Yes, I read that report but haven't seen much other information after they said the substance was going to be tested.
